We are looking for talented individuals with a passion for developing high-quality software to join our R&D Centre in Espoo. In this role, you will work on a variety of applications and products, supporting different technical domains over time. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving real-world problems in changing contexts and building their expertise across multiple systems.
You will be part of a global team and collaborate with skilled colleagues in different countries. However, your daily work will remain focused within a specific product area or domain, without requiring broad coordination across the entire organization.
This position covers the full software development lifecycle, with room to grow and explore different products as priorities shift. You'll work with technologies like Python, Rust, Linux, Podman, and Kubernetes to build and deploy robust applications. Rather than focusing on deep specialization in a single system, this role emphasizes adaptability, continuous learning, and a drive to solve real problems through clean and effective code.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Actively participate in the design and development of innovative software solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, mainly focusing yourself.
- Utilize Python and Rust to build robust applications.
- Work with Linux, Podman, and Kubernetes for application deployment and management.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Passion for coding and software design.
- Good knowledge of Python or Rust.
- Familiarity with Linux, Podman, and Kubernetes.
- Team player with a quick learning ability.
- Ability to ask questions and speculate ideas with others.
- Be able to code without AI, even if you’ll use it in your work.
