Introduction
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented logistics professional looking to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team, with a primary focus on managing import shipments. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations in a dynamic international environment. In this position, you will report to Senior Manager, Logistics.
The preferred location for this position is in Finland (Espoo, Lappeenranta, Tampere), and we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.
We work closely with internal and external stakeholders, such as colleagues abroad but also with several logistics service providers. Our team culture is all about "getting it done together" so we value a great and positive team spirit.
What you'll do
- Help to ensure that our inbound logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Cooperate closely with external stakeholders, such as the warehouse operator and other LSPs
- Cooperate closely with various internal stakeholders, such as purchasing and compliance
- Utilize the tools required in this position effectively
Who you are
- As a team player, you understand your role in the team and manage your responsibilities with a positive attitude.
- You have customer focused mindset and a collaborative attitude, which helps you to navigate different stakeholders with ease, collaborating across diverse cultures and environments.
- You have ability to take ownership of the assigned tasks and drive them proactively.
- Good communication skills in English
- Experience in the SAP environment is seen as an asset.
