About the role
As a core member of the project team, you will drive the human side of a new invoice management system rollout across different stakeholders and teams. You will bridge the gap between technical processes and people to ensure a seamless transition. This role offers the chance to work in a truly global setting with a hybrid work model in Helsinki. You will gain valuable experience in large-scale corporate change management.
Work tasks
You will be responsible for the end-to-end change management process, from initial analysis and storytelling to stakeholder engagement and training delivery.
- Create the project story and narrative for the new system implementation
- Conduct comprehensive change impact analyses across different business areas
- Develop and implement tailored change management plans for diverse stakeholders
- Coordinate and deliver communication strategies for end-users and management
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for international teams
- Collaborate closely with the project manager, architects, and process owners
- Engage with stakeholders across approximately 15 countries in Europe and America
We are looking for
- Knowledge of change management methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in English as the primary working language
- Good communication skills
- Proactive mindset with the ability to challenge the project team and take initiative
