Lead Process Excellence as Process Development Manager
Join Automation Solutions and take ownership of process development that drives performance, quality, and continuous improvement across a global organization.
In this position, you will work with stakeholders from all functions, and collaborate in a Valmet wide network of process management and quality professionals. You will lead development of a wide variety of processes including R&D, sales, and operative processes, and collaborate with other teams in a cross-functional business environment. You will work with colleagues both locally and globally.
Your responsibilities

You will own and develop the Automation Solutions management system

You will lead and support global Process Owners in developing and improving processes

You will plan and coordinate internal and external audits

You will collaborate with Valmet-level stakeholders on management system and audit topics

You will facilitate process improvement initiatives and manage development projects

You will manage the Automation Solutions development project portfolio.
Expectations for you

Master's degree in industrial engineering or other relevant field
