We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our Logistics team in Finland, for a 12 month fixed term cover. This role will cover the full end-to-end logistics scope inbound milk collection, warehousing, intermediate transport, and outbound distribution.
In this role, you will be part of the Sweden-Finland Supply Chain Finance team, giving you a strong Nordic platform and access to best practices across markets. You will also collaborate with stakeholders across the global logistics finance network, gaining broad exposure and contributing to cross-functional and cross-border initiatives. Locally, you will act as a key member of the Supply Chain Finland Leadership Team, positioning you at the heart of operational and strategic decision-making.
As a Finance Business Partner You
- Drive financial performance and transparency across logistics operations
- Act as a trusted advisor to Logistic Operations, Supply Chain leadership and Commercial Finance
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and performance follow-up
- Identify and drive efficiency and cost improvement opportunities
- Sign off month-end close and translate results into actionable recommendations
- Contribute to the transformation of the performance management infrastructure and drive the global agenda
You'll thrive in this role if you have
You are an experienced Finance Business Partner, ideally with a background in Supply Chain or Logistics, and hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or another relevant field.
You have a strong ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders and are confident influencing senior leaders. As a strategic and analytical thinker, you challenge the status quo and proactively question financial performance to build credibility as a trusted advisor.
You bring advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency in Office applications, while experience with SAP and Power BI would be an advantage. Exposure to cost-to-serve analysis, logistics network optimisation, and KPI or reporting development will strengthen your profile further.
Above all, you are a strong communicator and relationship builder who earns trust at senior levels, and you are business fluent in English, with Nordic language skills considered a plus.
