We are looking for a skilled Delivery Coordinator to join our Finance Solutions team in Technology Standards. In this role, you will coordinate and drive a broad range of activities across support services, development work, and project deliveries related to SAP Business ByDesign and Basware SaaS solutions.
This is a highly technical role requiring close collaboration with finance, purchasing, and other internal stakeholders across Technology Standards. The role focuses on ensuring reliable service delivery, supporting ongoing development initiatives, and contributing to projects that impact SOX-regulated finance processes and environments. You will play an important part in ensuring compliance.
In some areas, the role also includes acting as a solution concept owner, with responsibility for shaping solution concepts, supporting requirement definition.
This role requires a deep understanding of SOX-regulated finance solutions and processes, as well as hands-on experience with SaaS solutions, especially Basware and SAP Business ByDesign.

KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor´s or Masters’ degree in relevant field and 5+ years of relevant Coordinator experience
- Hands-on experience from SAP Business ByDesign and Basware
- Solid understanding of finance processes and knowledge of SOX compliance
- Interest in or experience with AI-driven ways of working and innovation initiatives
- Action oriented, proactive and solution-oriented way of working
- High tolerance for rapid changes
- Ability to work independently and prioritize based on business needs
- Experience in a multicultural and cross functional team environment
- Good presentation and documentation skills, fluent written and spoken English
