Your role
Join Orion Pharma as an HRIS Specialist and take end-to-end ownership of our HR systems in a time of growth and transformation. In this role, you will be a key contributor to how our people processes, data, and systems support the business, today and in the future.
You will own, develop, and continuously enhance our HR systems to ensure they are stable, compliant, user friendly, and aligned with evolving business needs. Working closely with the whole People & Culture function, the colleagues in IT, and external partners, you will help shape efficient HR processes and deliver excellent employee experience across the organization.

This permanent role is based in Espoo and reports to Head of PeopleTech.
Responsibilities
- HRIS support and maintenance: Own the operational excellence of our HR systems, taking endtoend responsibility for system stability, data integrity, and employee lifecycle processes. Proactively ensure the systems are optimally configured, compliant, and continuously aligned with evolving business requirements.
- System development: Drive system enhancements and configuration changes in line with the annual HRIS roadmap, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure high quality and timely delivery.
- Process improvement: Identify and implement technologyical solutions to improve HR processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Design, develop, and maintain HR reports and dashboards, transforming HR data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decisionmaking.
- End user training: Design and deliver trainings and maintain documentation to build end user competence, ensuring users can effectively utilize system features and follow best practice
- Project work: Act as a technical HRIS expert in systemrelated projects, taking responsibility for solution design and implementation, and ensuring delivery meets agreed scope, timelines, and technical requirements.
- Vendor management: Work closely with external vendors and our IM counterparts to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

What are we looking for?
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an HRIS or similar role, with experience in maintaining and developing HR systems.
- Skills:
- Proven experience working with enterprise, cloud-based HR systems (e.g. Oracle HCM, Workday, SuccessFactors), including configuration, maintenance, and continuous development.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Ability to work confidently with HR system-related tools such as reporting and analytics solutions, integrations, workflows, and data quality or automation tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective work with both technical experts and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability to design and deliver enduser training and communicate system changes clearly, supporting adoption and effective system usage.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is essential.
