Senior Application Support Engineer (L2/L3) – Service Assurance / SIA Platforms

Job Overview:
Our client Infosys is seeking an experienced Senior Application Support Engineer (L2/L3) to support and maintain Service Impact Analysis (SIA) platforms and related service assurance/monitoring systems. The role focuses on ensuring stable operations, resolving technical issues, and contributing to the ongoing performance and reliability of these platforms. This is a fixed‑term (approx. 6 months) full‑time hybrid position based in Helsinki, Finland, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for L2/L3 application support, maintenance, and enhancement of the SIA platform and assurance/monitoring systems such as EXFO Nova Context and Pronto
- Troubleshoot issues and perform hands‑on L2/L3 operations, RCA, and environment support
- Execute scripting and data querying using SPARQL
- Manage services and operational tasks on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7/8/9
- Integrate monitoring platforms with ticketing and notification tools
- Participate in 24×7 operations and on‑call support
- Maintain high customer orientation and quality awareness
Qualifications and skills:
- 12+ years of experience in application support, service assurance platforms, or telecom monitoring environments
- Proficiency with SIA, EXFO Nova Context, Pronto and SPARQL
- Experience with RHEL 7/8/9
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A high degree of initiative and flexibility
Additional skills that are beneficial:
- Python or Shell scripting
- Knowledge of telecom networks (RAN / Core / Transport)
- Experience with fault/PM tools (SevOne)
