Software Deployment Lead Nordic Baltic Zone
We are looking for a Software Deployment Lead - Design and Build software - Nordic Baltic Zone to manage the rollout and adoption of our software solutions across the Nordic Baltic region. Schneider Electric has a wide cutting-edge portfolio of software, tools and configurators to support the design, optimization and building processes of our customers and partners.
In this role, you will work closely with internal sales teams, design offices, panel builders, system integrators and contractors. You will play a key part in defining, deploying, and training our partners on our software tools within electrical distribution, building systems, and related solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in an international environment, understands design and build processes, and can form a strong overall picture of both technical and business needs. The role is also suitable for early career candidates with strong motivation to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
Software Definition & Deployment
- Manage the rollout of software tools within the Nordic organization.
- Understand the overall software portfolio of Schneider internal and external third-party software and tools and the value they can bring.
- Understand how Schneider can best support the design and build processes of our partners with our software and configurators.
- Actively collect market feedback on software requirements and functionalities.
Sales & Customer Support
- Provide hands-on support for channel sales teams, helping them convey the message and bring added value to design offices, panel builders, contractors, and system integrators.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for software related topics.
- Offer pre-sales and post-sales software expertise to internal sales teams.
Training & Enablement
- Deliver training to internal and external stakeholders (software, tools/configurators, or process related).
- Prepare and present training materials to different audiences.
- Ensure successful adoption of software tools across markets.
Required Skills & Experience
- Ability and motivation to work in an international and Nordic-wide environment.
- Good understanding of design/planning/building processes and related software tools.
- Ability to form a clear overall picture of technical concepts and workflows.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
- Not required to be highly technical but must understand processes and tools well enough to guide others.
- Proficiency in English. Other Nordic languages are considered a bonus.
