About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR partner for leaders and employees across the organization.
- Oversee and support all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, performance, and offboarding.
- Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and tools, with a focus on adopting digital HR solutions and AI-enhanced practices.
- Support workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational development activities.
- Provide guidance on employment relations, HR best practices, and company policies.
- Collaborate closely with the internal HR team to ensure seamless and effective HR operations in a dynamic growth environment.
