We are looking for you,
Senior Business Controller / Manager
to our Financial Planning & Analysis, Renewable Products Business Finance team in Espoo, Finland.
You will focus on supporting Renewable Products' leadership team by providing insightful information for decision making and business steering. You will be coordinating financial planning processes and leading the initiatives for improved ways of working. In this job you will work closely with various stakeholders in Renewable Products' business units and Finance. This is the role for you if you love challenges and want to be a frontline sparring partner for leadership and the renewables business.

Your role in our team

Provide analytical insights for decision making and business steering for Renewable Products' Leadership team

Taking part and coordinate Renewable Products' management reporting and financial forecasting processes

Identify, develop and lead initiatives for improved ways of working from process and system perspective

Support and value adding finance partnering with business professionals to accelerate business profitability
Keys to success in this role
-
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field
-
At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or similar analytical role, preferably in manufacturing environment and a publicly listed company

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ERP, financial modeling and analysis tools (i.e. Excel, Power BI, Anaplan, SAP)

Excellent communication skills in English, ability to understand and present complex financial information
