We are now looking for a Marketing Data & Technology Specialist to join our Digital Marketing Team. At Framery, we are committed to creating exceptional customer experiences, and digital performance plays a key role in how we deliver value across channels.
In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day marketing technology operations by ensuring our tools, tracking, and reporting processes work smoothly and reliably. You'll work closely with internal team members and technical partners to support campaign execution, data flows, and website operations.
We offer flexible remote work opportunities, but we expect you to be present at our Tampere office a few times each month.
What you'd be doing
As Marketing Data & Technology Specialist, your main responsibilities include:
- Supporting campaign tracking and performance measurement in collaboration with the Digital Performance Lead.
- Managing tracking implementation and tag configuration using tools like Google Tag Manager and GA4, including the application of systematic UTM tagging for consistent campaign tracking and performance analysis.
- Maintaining reporting dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio, Supermetrics, and BigQuery, with a good grasp of SQL and spreadsheet formulas (Excel/Google Sheets) to support data handling and reporting accuracy.
- Handling admin-level tasks in marketing tools, such as managing CMS settings, user access, and publishing.
- Configuring and maintaining platform integrations, such as connecting paid media platforms, analytics tools, and marketing data flows.
- Collaborating with our Content Lead to support web publishing tasks such as redirects, canonical tags, and metadata updates.
- Coordinating with IT and external partners when deeper technical expertise is needed.
- Ensuring marketing data is accurate, consistent, and usable across platforms.
What we are looking for
We're looking for a technically oriented, detail-driven professional with experience in marketing tools and data execution. You don't need to be a marketing strategist, but you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing environment and motivated to grow your understanding over time.
You're the kind of person who's eager to learn, takes initiative, and enjoys solving problems independently. You're resourceful, able to search for answers, explore new tools, and adapt quickly when things change. A structured working style and strong attention to detail will help you succeed, along with a genuine curiosity for how systems connect and support business performance.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Around 2-3 years of experience working with web analytics, tracking tools, or martech platforms.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Tag Manager, GA4, and dashboarding tools like Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with CMS workflows and basic SEO/website maintenance.
- Comfortable working with data flows, tracking parameters, and marketing performance metrics.
- Familiarity with data structures and how they connect across platforms and tools.
- A structured and precise working style, with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken), and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Motivation to learn and take more ownership over time in marketing technology operations.
What We Offer
At Framery, you'll join a four-person collaborative and curious digital marketing team where we value initiative, learning, and practical problem-solving. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their martech expertise in a supportive environment.
We believe in freedom and responsibility, and we'll give you both. You'll have the tools and autonomy to make a real impact, and the support to develop professionally as our digital capabilities evolve. As a Framerian, you'll be part of a culture that values well-being, inclusion, and shared success.
