In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with GCP and applicable regulatory requirements.
You will collaborate closely with CRO partners, internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders, acting as a central point of contact. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a clear overview across multiple stakeholders and study activities.
This is a coordination-driven role where you ensure that all aspects of the study progress according to plan. You will work in close collaboration with both internal and external partners to support smooth and timely study execution.

- Reviewing study protocols and assessing subject-related risks
- Supporting subject recruitment and eligibility in collaboration with medical leadership
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of monitoring activities
- Participating in budgeting, budget follow-up, and regulatory documentation
- Contributing to SOP development and maintenance
- Overseeing external partners, including laboratories and CMOs, to ensure smooth study execution
You will be part of an experienced team and report to the Clinical Operations Director.
KEY REQUIREMENTS

👉 Strong knowledge of GCP, understanding of quality systems, and basic knowledge of GMP
👉 Experience working with CROs and external partners
👉 Understanding of clinical documentation and regulatory processes
👉 Basic proficiency in MS Office tools
As a Clinical Project Manager, you have solid hands-on experience in clinical trial operations and a clear understanding of how studies progress in practice. A background as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) is particularly valuable, as it provides insight into the day-to-day execution of trials and enables you to effectively guide CRO partners and ensure high-quality outcomes.
You combine operational expertise with strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills, allowing you to prioritize effectively and proactively resolve challenges. You are a collaborative and communicative professional with fluent English skills, enabling smooth cooperation with various stakeholders.
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex situations while maintaining a clear big-picture view. You thrive in a dynamic environment, take ownership of your work, and make sound decisions even when information is incomplete.
