Digital Business Developer
We're if insurance and we give people confidence today to shape their tomorrow! Our unit, Mobility, works with car insurance and everything that can help you when you have had an accident with your car. We are now looking for a Digital Business Developer to join our team of Digital Product and Service Experts and we're hoping that it's you!
About the role
You will be part of the Mobility Tribe working on improving our digital services and products. You will contribute to the work in your Squad (agile team), collect business requirements, research the user needs, help prioritize the initiatives and be the stakeholders point of contact.
About the team
Most of your day to day work will happen within the Tribe. Partly with stakeholders and partly with your agile squad. When it comes to reporting lines, you will be part of a group of Digital Business Developers reporting to the Mobility Tribe Business Owner. We all work to make car insurance a little bit more hustle free and smooth.
What can we offer you?
If is a good place to work. We strive for a healthy balance between work and personal life, and we take care of each other.
Some of the benefits we enjoy as employees at if include:
- An including work environment where everyone is welcome

- Possibility of hybrid work (3 days at office/week)
- Health promoting workplace with e.g., wellness allowance and various sports activities (+ a towel service at our Stockholm office gym <3!)

Who are you?
You have previous experience from working with digital products, preferably from a larger organization with high complexity and dependencies. You're used to managing stakeholder expectations and communication as well as participating in continuously improving the way of working. You are opinionated and express your ideas and thoughts, but you're also a good listener.
If you've worked within finance or insurance previously that is a big plus, but not a must. In this role it's necessary to speak English fluently and if you're also familiar with one of the Nordic languages, it will give you an advantage.
These are some personal traits we think you might recognize in yourself:
- You care about the wellbeing of others and yourself
- You have a strong moral compass
- You like working together with others but can also take on tasks yourself
