An exciting opportunity has arisen as we are looking for an experienced Master Planner to join our Supply Chain Business Development team in Handling business. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end supply planning process. As a structured, proactive, and analytical professional, you will support S&OP execution, translate demand into actionable plans, and ensure reliable deliveries while optimizing capacity, materials, and inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a feasible Master Schedule
- Lead the S&OP supply planning process with clear scenarios, risks, and recommendations.
- Assess customer proposals, evaluating capacity, material, and financial impacts.
- Model supply chain scenarios including load, capacity, and inventory implications.
- Identify risks and develop alternative or mitigation plans.
- Collaborate across Operations, Procurement, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Project teams.
Key experience and qualifications
- Experience in Master Planning, Production Planning & Control, or Supply Chain Planning.
- Strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze complex data and model capacity or scenario simulations.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, work language is English
- A structured, proactive mindset with strong analytical capability.
