About the role
The core purpose of this role is to improve our claim handling services to make them simpler, faster and easier for our customers so that we can help get their business back on track as soon as possible. Our focus is always to create a positive change for the teams we work with through Lean Six Sigma. (LSS)
Your tasks & responsibilities will vary depending on the needs & could include:
- Analyzing data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Working with teams to identify process optimization opportunities.
- Delivering key improvement projects across the Nordic region.
- Coaching & supporting local teams to implement improvement initiatives.
- Training teams in LSS concepts and methods.
- Implementing & managing the Operational Excellence program for LCI claims.

About the unit
The Business Excellence & Strategy team is a highly experienced Nordic group with team members located in a number of different countries. Our team forms part of the Large, Complex & International (LCI) claims unit. The LCI unit helps support our commercial & industrial customers globally whenever they need us.
Although you are an integral member of Business Development & Strategy team, you will also work closely with one of the local LCI management teams. The aim is to help support them make positive improvements to the way they work, to share experiences & create best practices together.

What skills are we looking for?
- Hands‑on industry experience in Lean Six Sigma (LSS), including Daily Management, A3 Problem Solving & Standardized work. LSS certification is highly regarded. (Green Belt or higher.)
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to use analytical techniques to identify problem areas. A working knowledge of Tableau and Power BI is highly regarded.
- Previous project management experience.
- Relevant academic/university degree in engineering or science.
- Comfortable working in English, both written and spoken.

Practicalities
The position is a full-time position and located in Finland or Sweden, preferably in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Espoo or Turku. Some travel to other If offices within the Nordic region is required.
