SummerTrainee, Technical Support Engineer, Spare parts

The teamis responsibleforSparePartsportfolio,and its mission istoimprove customer satisfaction, increase the share of customerwallets,and ensure business profitability.In this role, you will provide essential support to our global spare parts operations, ensuring high-quality technicalassistanceand efficient data management.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

Manage and resolve tickets in the global spare parts support portal, providing technical support and ensuringtimelyissue resolution.

Analyse, prioritize, and delegate support cases asrequiredto meet business needs.

Maintain and manage item data in PDM and ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Conduct quality control for spare part master data to support operational excellence.

Provide technicalassistancefor spare part-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

To shine in this position, we hope you have:

Master's/bachelor'sdegree student in Mechanical engineering and/or Industrial management

The feeling of beingcomfortable and motivated working in a technical environment with technical products

Ability to handle multiple supports requests simultaneously

A strong teamplayer with good interpersonal and communication skills, drive to find best solutions for our clients and products

Good IT skills (Microsoft Office), especially knowledge in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365) and PDM (Sovelia)

Capability to work independently and with a multinational team

Aself-driven way of workingand ambition to developyourskills

Acan-do and results-driven attitude

Willingnessto take responsibility and ownership
