Join us as Senior Sales Manager and take the lead in shaping long-term lifecycle partnerships. You will drive lifecycle sales from capital project phases all the way to startup, ensuring service agreements are in place to support world-class industrial operations. In this role, you influence strategic customer decisions, collaborate across global teams, and enable sustainable value creation. This position can be located in Jyväskylä, Tampere or Vantaa.
What you'll do
- You lead lifecycle sales during the capital sales phase by identifying high‑potential projects and creating lifecycle sales plans.
- You collaborate closely with CAP Sales and Area SER sales to present strong lifecycle value propositions and build winning strategies.
- You continue lifecycle sales activities throughout the delivery phase, ensuring early ordering of long‑lead items and driving agreement closures.
- You launch lifecycle agreements before startup and ensure a smooth handover to regional service sales.
- You foster strong cross‑functional collaboration between SER, CAP, regional teams and product units.
Expectations for you
- +10 years' experience in industrial service sales, capital project business, or similar lifecycle‑driven models.
- Master's or bachelor's degree in suitable technical field
- You operate as a strategic negotiator and trusted advisor in customer‑facing settings.
- You understand CAPEX-OPEX value chains and paper / board mill operations or industrial services
- Ability to lead cross functional teams and navigate a global matrix organization.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally 60-80 days per year
- You have strong business mindset and analytical thinking
- You are fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
