We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional to join our ambitious, energetic, and development-oriented Smart Office Solutions team. The role:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to support product strategy, feature development, and overall business decisions. Your work will enable the team to understand user behavior and optimize product performance.
You will report directly to the Function Head and work cross-functionally, collaborating closely with Product Managers, function heads, the Customer Success team, and the Development team.
As a Data Analyst, you will:

Develop and Maintain Power BI Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights into product usage and business performance

Track Key Metrics: Define and track key metrics to measure product performance and user engagement effectively.

Analyze User Behavior: Analyze user behavior and feedback to understand how customers interact with Smart Office Solutions features and products.

Support Product Decisions: Provide data-driven recommendations to support product managers in defining features, roadmaps, and backlogs.

Report Performance: Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate data insights to product managers, the function head, and other stakeholders.
Your Experience and What Makes You a Great Fit:
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of statistical concepts and a proven ability to solve complex problems. We hope you have a relevant educational background (minimum Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, economics, or similar).

Proven Data Analysis Experience: Experience in data analysis, preferably in a product management or software environment.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (preferably SQL and/or Python), and experience with dashboard creation and maintenance.

Visualization Skills: Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Amazon QuickSight).

Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex data problems.

Communication Skills: The ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to different stakeholders.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential in this role.

Language Skills: Fluent English is a must-have.

Practicalities:
This is a full-time, fixed-term substitute position based in Tampere, Finland. The duration of employment is a minimum of 12 months, depending on the length of the leave being covered. Our hybrid work model promotes in-person collaboration at the factory at least two days a week. The start time in the role is as soon as possible.
