Introduction
We are seeking aDirector of Marketing Enablers to lead our Marketing Enablers team within the Metso Marketing & Brand organization. You will be responsible for leading a team of marketing technology and data experts dedicated to building and scaling capabilities that accelerate customer and business value creation. The team is responsible for designing and driving the backbone of marketing excellence through platforms, data, AI, automation, and advanced analytics. Your role plays a crucial part in enabling insight-led, digitally powered, and operationally excellent marketing that delivers measurable business growth. In this position, you will report to the VP of Marketing & Brand.
This position is mainly located in Espoo, Finland, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options. The position involves travelling as needed.
