We are now looking for a Financial Analyst for our Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team in Espoo, Finland. In this role you will be exposed to Nokia Group financial analysis, performance management, planning, target setting and capital allocation. Your work supports the strategic decision-making of the Group Leadership Team and the Board of Directors.
Our team is within Group Business Control (GBC) which is responsible for group financial planning & analysis, business intelligence, support function controlling and mergers & acquisitions. GBC leads Nokia group level performance management, target setting and capital allocation. It provides single, independent and neutral view of Nokia addressable markets and competitive position to support corporate and business group decision making. Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis is a team within GBC responsible for financial analysis ensuring relevant, actionable and holistic transparency on Nokia's business performance, as well as financial planning, target setting and capital allocation and driving Nokia-wide enterprise risk management.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
As part of our team, you will:
- Perform financial analysis on financial business performance of Nokia and its business groups for management purposes
- Support financial planning and target setting of Nokia
- Participate in periodic financial analysis and reporting activities
- Create high-quality management presentation materials summarizing the key insights
- Establish productive relationships with internal stakeholders
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Master's degree in finance, industrial engineering, or similar relevant field
- Proven skills in quantitative financial analysis
- Few years of relevant experience in finance
- Collaboration skills with the ability to work in a self-directed way
- Cross-cultural knowledge and global mindset
It would be nice if you also had:
- Knowledge of modern analytical methods and tools, artificial intelligence and machine learning and the ability to apply them to finance processes
