We are looking for a Sales Support Process Owner to strengthen our technical offering operations. In this role, you will manage the portfolio of sales support cases during the offering phase, ensuring technical feasibility, coordinating internal and external resources, and continuously improving our sales support process. You'll play a key role in enabling scalable growth in the EV charging infrastructure business!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume, fast-moving sales support case portfolio
- Coordinate internal resources and contractor activities: site surveys, reporting, and timelines
- Review technical documentation and ensure compatibility with our EV charging systems
- Support Sales by validating proposed technical solutions during the quotation phase
- Develop and improve sales support workflows, tools, and partner collaboration
- Act as a central link between Sales, Contractors, Designers, Project Management, and Product Management
What We Expect
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor of Engineering or M.Sc. in Technology)
- Experience in case or portfolio management with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to review and assess electrical infrastructure reports
- Excellent communication and coordination skills - especially with Sales and external partners
- A structured, proactive working style suited to a fast-changing growth environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in EV charging, energy systems, or similar infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with sales support or technical design coordination
