We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
IT Specialist, Sales Tools
to join Ponsse Group Digital Services&IT Team in Finland
Are you ready to take responsibility for building solutions that support business operations worldwide?
In this role you will create solution specifications based on both functional and non-functional requirements and manage Salesforce configurations while developing small enhancements. In addition, you will create, validate, and approve solution designs and related documentation. Supporting solution testing is also part of your role, along with overseeing the overall viability of Salesforce functionalities. Ensuring that Salesforce operates smoothly in end-to-end processes integrated with systems such as ERP, CPQ, and customer-facing solutions is a key responsibility. You will keep up-to-date with Salesforce product knowledge, including both existing and new features.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
- At least five years of relevant industry experience
- Salesforce knowledge
- Experience working in a global manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and collaborations skills
- Fluent in English, other languages are seen as an advantage
